1/3 of rental money due at the time of the booking with balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival date. Money is payable by wire transfer, details to be provided. An additional deposit of $500 or equivalent in euros at current exchange rate is required with balance of rental money and will be refunded at end of stay provided house is returned without damage or breakages to property and contents.
